The SSCA's teaching and learning resource, titled All Of Us, was designed for use by school teachers with Years 7 and 8 students with parental consent. It focused on helping students build an awareness and understanding of diversity in the community and to foster empathy. All Of Us was developed by a team of professional experts and was independently reviewed as being age appropriate, educationally sound and aligned to the Australian Curriculum. Schools leadership, teachers, and communities made professional judgements about using All Of Us in the context of their school and curriculum planning. It was an Australian Government direction that schools communicate with parents about any plans to use All Of Us.
